Informational Workflows Currently Assigned to User

The Information Section lists workflows where the user has been included only for informational purposes. No action is required from the user; this section is purely for providing process updates.

Using the Information Section

  1. Viewing Informational Workflows:

    • When the Information tab is selected in the Workflow Management screen, the list of workflows assigned to the user for informational purposes is displayed.
    • The list shows the process name and the date the notification was sent.

  2. Filtering and Searching Informational Workflows:

    • Specific processes can be searched using the search bar at the top right.
    • The list can be sorted by process name or notification date.

  3. Viewing Process Details:

    • Clicking on any workflow in the list opens its details.
    • The opened panel displays the process information and any messages sent to the user.

  4. Accessing Previously Received Notifications:

    • Users can access workflows they were previously notified about via the History > Information tab.
    • History > Approvals can also be used to access completed workflows that included informational updates.

Authorization and Usage Conditions

  • Authorization: Users can only view workflows assigned to them for informational purposes.
  • Filtering: Informational workflows can be filtered and sorted based on specific criteria.
  • History Records: Users can review previously received informational updates through the History > Information tab.
  • No actions are required for processes listed in the Information Section. These workflows are displayed only to keep the user informed.
  • The search bar allows users to quickly find past notifications.
  • The History > Information tab can be used to review previously completed workflows with informational updates.
